Building Stages
Stage l: Chassis fabrication
The structural base is fabricated first to create a strong and stable foundation for the trailer.
Stage 2: Floor and wall structure
The body panels and floor sections are fitted to establish the trailer layout and footprint.
Stage 3: Main body frame assembly
The main body shell is assembled and aligned before openings and finishing elements are completed.
Stage 4: Water testing and sealing
The exterior and joins are tested for water resistance to confirm sealing quality before dispatch.
Stage 5: Final body completion
The body is completed, checked, and prepared for final review before shipping and delivery.
